• Prices and currency are in Au Dollars
• TattooMyCar.com.au reserves the right to reject a submitted site, web address or logo at its discretion.
• Ad space will be awarded to first approved buyers.
• Allow 24 – 48 hours for you ad to be visible on TattooMyCar.com.au
• Logos will be edited to suite the size of the ad space.
• Payments are made via pay pal.
• You agree that you are not breaking any copyright laws by submitting logos, slogans and all advertising material for publishing.
• Your ad will have a link to either your website or if you don’t have one will be linked to a page which has information about your products or services.
• Once purchase has been made, there are no refunds.
• Any cancellation within the initial 12 month period, you will be automatically be ommited from the $10,000 prize money and your logo will be removed from this website and the car.
• The Beat the Bomb refers to the money timer on the homepage.
• The Beat thye Bomb adds 1 cent every minute to the total, and goes off randomly (using a random number generater) and members who are logged in at that time will be randomly selected.
• The $10,000 prize is only for customers that place an add with tattoomycar.com.au.
• Tattoomycar.com.au is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition.
• Tattoomycar.com.au shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• Winners of the promotions will have their names published on tattoomycar.com.au news page.
